High Speed Needling Punching Nonwoven Textile Fabric Needle Loom Machine

 

  • The first part is the body part. The frame adopts a new splicing structure, which is divided into three parts: upper beam, middle beam and lower beam. Through the way of separation can be better, accurate processing.
  • The second part is the spindle drive part. The spindle is connected in sections. Each spindle unit has two bearing seats fixed on both sides of the eccentricity and two balance flywheels fixed on both sides. In this way, the force of the spindle on both sides of the connecting rod is uniform, which is a very good balance structure.
  • The third part is the raising part. The main purpose of the needling machine is to design the traditional high speed needling machine into a needling bed composed of a brush.
  • The fourth part is the main technical indicators of the equipment. Upon completion of manufacturing, the equipment shall achieve the following performance and technical indicators through synthesis and testing: low noise, low vibration and smooth operation.

Structure characteristics:

a) Frame structures, to form by high quality armor plate welding.

b) It adopts single principle axis structure with single needle board.

c) Needle beam, working beam are high temperature shaped and precision processed.

d) Materials of main shaft adopt alloy steel, and made finely after high quality finishing.

e) The lifting and dropping of the bottom plate and stripper plate is controlled by electromotor and scale display.

f) Needle plate adopts Aluminum-Magnesium alloy plate, three plates with irregular computerized perforating.

After-sale service The seller is responsible for installation and debugging. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation, medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is USD180/Day/engineer and totally installation period is about 30-40 days depending on well cooperation of the buyer.
